Hello friends!

I just wanted to let you know that a week ago I landed safely in Martinique. My, it is insanely beautiful here. Even just the view from our home is breathtaking.

We have spent the week getting to know the island and praying for the people here before we dive in. I believe that it was a great way to begin our outreach because it both introduced us to the area where we are and also invited God into our time here to be among us and to go before us.

Yesterday we attended a church where the message was given in Creole. None of us understood much of what was said, but it was a wonderful morning, nonetheless. We were able to meet members of the church and hopefully we began some wonderful relationships.

Please pray for us this coming week as we begin to dive in more fully to what God has in store for us. I ask that you pray that He continues to teach and guide every member of my team as well as that He uses us in His plans for this beautiful island.
